if you put the lock coed in wrong about 5 times it should ask you for puk code you can get this code from your service provider ring them up they will give you the code over the phone this will over ride the security code and should reset it to 00000 or 12345 so get the code wrong a few times then ring up service provider when your phone asks for puk code its 11 digit long and get this off you network provider hope this is some help
