Try removing the alarm system relay, some car alarm has also a fuse on the alarm that you can remove.
Many car alarms unlock by inserting and turning car key while you connect the battery.

I had the same problem with my 2005 and I had it in and out of the dealership. After about 4 times of taking it in they found that it was a relay in the ignition system. I had problems with the car dieing as I was driving. I also had issues withe the car not starting after I got somewhere. When you try to start the car the lights and everything would come on but the engine would not turn over or make any noise at all. For me this was all under the factory warranty.

I had the same problem, could not figure it out. Looked all over the inter net found a post that said something about the ground wire that had a bad connection. So i followed the found wire and this is what i found. attached photos, plus whati did to fix it.
