Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

My cordless mouse is very slow

When you say 'very slow', I'm assuming it is slow to respond to movement. Does the mouse pointer behave this way if you use a wired mouse? If so, your problem is something in your operating system. If not, you may need to move the transceiver closer to where you use your mouse, or perhaps put it in a line-of-sight with the mouse.

Not responding to movement

Dear Stef, First try replacing the mouse's batteries, if this fails then try resetting it using the reset button - both on the mouse and the receiver. If you experience trouble resetting, you may try to disconnect the receiver and the mouse physically. Unplug the receiver and take off the mouse's batteries and then reconnect them.
