I have a Telux Mariner watch. I have had it a long time. I think about 20 years now. The band and watch casing finish is chipped. Is there some place i can send it to get refurbished?

I guess that you can buy them on-line or in apple store but you can definitely change them, this is what apple say in their website: A different band can really change the look of Apple Watch. So we created a full range of them in a variety of materials. The grooves in each case are precision engineered and CNC machined to ensure a perfect fit with any band. And beautifully designed buckles and closures provide the perfect finishing touch.
Good luck!
Wrap the watch band around your wrist to determine how many links need to be removed for the watch to fit properly.
2
Place the watch face-down on a flat surface.
3
Look on the back of the watch band. You will find an arrow that indicates which direction you should push the pins to remove the links.
Find the point at which the extra links need to be removed for your watch to fit your wrist. Using a 1 mm flathead screwdriver (or the edge of one side of a pair of tweezers), push the pins in the direction indicated by the arrows.
Finish removing the pins with your pliers.
Keep the extra links in case you ever need extra room on your watch band.
The only place you can get an original band for a watch is from the actual watch vendor. If its more then a few years old, it may even be discontinued.

The Mariner does have a silver brushed stainless steel finish, is waterproof for up to 100ft and uses the Battery Powered Swiss Quartz Movement for its mechanical operation.
I am not sure if there is any manual or paper-based guide on how to use the Mariner, but if you want to contact the vendor, the Watchery, here is their general customer service line: 1-866-843-9282.
I hope that helps and that you enjoy that beautiful watch!
If you want a stell band from Chase Drurer you will need to contact them. Make sure you have the model available when checking availabilty of parts.

There are a lot of great looking after market steel bands. The selection will depend on the size and finish of the band. I suggest a watch repair shop that carries Spiedel or Bariloche. It will help to know the size of band needed. To determine that you will need ot measuer in between the lugs. The lugs are the two extensions coming from the case that connect the band to the case. I imagine it is 18mm.
Skagen watches have a fairly unique band. If you have a leather band you can find a replacement from most after market band suppliers like Speidel. For the mesh steel the only after market I know of is from Bariloche. Bariloche. I am still not aware of any titanium mesh suppliers but you can always contact Skagen for replacement bands. They are very good at keeping replacement parts for their watches for several years.
Once you have the band you will need to use a small screw driver to depress and release the spring bar that secures the band to the watch. Place a screw driver in between the ridge of the spring bar and the lug of the watch case and gently move inwards. Remember that the end of the spring bar is spring loaded so it may fly out if you move the end away from the watch.
I have a Casio g-shock gw-330a and now find myself again replacing the band. So far, $60 on bands. They last me two or three years. To install the band, take the band and watch to a Jeweler. My local Sears does it for me. $5 for installation; $5 for purchase shipping; $20 for band. $30 every couple of years.
This cost disturbs me.
It can be done and not too difficult i think but look out that the leather band ain't too wide for the band orginal place,
make sure you keep all original parts in case of toruble
Post a photo if you can after the change will be nice to see the change
I have a Pulsar watch and on the expandable band, the casing fell off and can't get it replaced unless we take off a link...To me this was too much trouble, time and expense...I won't buy another Pulsar! Too bad cause I thought it was a beautiful watch.
