On Amazon website, click on "Orders" in upper right side of screen, then select "Past 6 Months", which will include your orders that were placed in the last 60 days. Orders will show up by date from most recent first to the oldest last.

Go to your account and check what you have ordered there is normally an option to check the history of what you have ordered or contact the company direct.
Not 100% sure what you're referring to here...a web browser perhaps? If so, please supply which version and which browser you're using. As a general answer, if you've recently made changes to your PC in some manner and they weren't there before, try rolling back to a previous date using system restore. Without more information though, I'm unfortunately unable to help you further.
