Axim 50/51 wont pass blue start up screen. I have tried both soft and hard reset. No change. Since it won't fully boot, the only way to shut it down is by removing battery. Any ideas?
There could be two possible problems with this device.
If you have to remove the unit to shutdown, then the ROM chip holding the information for the bootup of the unit may need to be replaced.
The other possible problem is that the battery consumption of the unit may be greater than what the battery is rated at.
Either way, it will have to go in for repair.
