Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Motorola razr screens (small & main) are black and keypad will not light up. Phone still works though.

Hi,What causes the phone the screen of the phone to go black and the keypad light not coming on, is because the flex of the phone that is connected to the screen and allows the keypad to function is bad and will need to be replaced .When you replace the flex, the phone will work properly again.

Have a nice day

Unfortunately if it could have been done by your wireless store they would have done it for you. I feel your pain because I have had this happen to me as well. Having to put your numbers back in or trying to find them all is a royal pain.

Motorola v2 9m buttons on outside screen work, but nothing on inside will work except for the power button. please help.

I have encountered this kind of kpad problem before.only power button works.i thought it only a program, but i found the main problem is in the sidekey only.you need to disassemble your phone carefully and clean the sidekey interface.remove the membrane and clean sidekey interface.100% tested. If you have enough money to buy a new keypad flex, then you can replace the keypad flex.

Black screen

The flex cable and/or your display is now defective. The MOT Razr has a very bad design flaw with its display, keypad, and charging mech. Try to get a warranty repair if you can.....

Best of luck....

Vertical lines

It has been pushed on the screen is the most likley cause you need a new screen and with most of the motorola's the external screen is attached to the main screen (as one) so you might have to replace the whole screen.

Sorry for the bad news
