If you hard reset the device again, this should clear up this error. if it does not work you can plug the phone into a computer using it's charger cord. Check for suspicious files that lingered from pre-first hard reset. if you can't spot anything right away you can use an external virus scanning software such as McAfee to scan for viruses or something prohibiting the phone from working properly. if all of this doesn't work you can remove the 3 small screws to remove the back of the phone. you can the inspect that all of the wires are properly connected and in there is a loose wire its general a easy soldering fix

You TV is no longer connected to your Internet access point/wifi sharing device.

You really need to read the manual to your TV. You need to have a router connected to a high speed Internet service. If you mean connect to the Internet, your smart TV will,have to have a browser, like Opera to enable you to get online. The smart TV apps are selectable with your remote, but you have to get the connection first. If you don't have high speed Internet and a wireless router it ain't gonna work. I don't have the manual to your set, so I can't tell you the exact steps you use on your remote control.

"Searching" means the handset is "looking" for a wireless connection to the phone's base station.

This happened to me and finally I got the TV close enough to the router for it to work (guess some built-in WiFi hardware in some TVs is not very good). You could also install a range extender for your WiFi if you don't want to move the TV.

I found the answer on an internet forum. Press and hold the menu button for at least 2 seconds, this displays the menu.
