connect mobile phone to Wi Fi - go to a free wi fi point if you don't have WI FI . Or a Telstra Air hot spot. Then download the Telstra App called Telstra 24x7 and you can recharge via a voucher once you add your phone onto the app.

Delete the app and re install that should take care OF the problem

Telstra 4g plus mobile i guest it is from Australia or uk.
To unlock mobile phone you need 1) imei number of mobile,
2)mobile country code and 3)mobile network code that is of simcard network code for that country for example australia. There are many apps available which can generate unlock code for mobile phone.
Unlock code for android smartphone simcard .

go google and type in ---user manual for telstra 4g smart phone ---and down;load the pdf version-- up to 100 pages
as for the credits , read the fine print and it says that you get the credits after you buy the prepaid amount
the credit comes for the second prepaid purchase

The prepaid card will have a number to ring, ring this and quote the card number and they will connect you.

when you purchase a new phone, and if you are using a prepaid sim card or you applied for a prepaid account, then the reason why you are getting a prompt no airtime is because you don't have enough credits on your account to be able to make a successful call.
you need to reload your account by buying a prepaid card or thru internet banking transferred to your mobile phone number (if your carrier supports this)
or your account may not be active yet, you may contact your service provider for them to activate your account.

hello there....well its quite simple...to unlock the phone to any network you need to call the customer care of your original network provider( Telstra) ....just keep the model number of your phone number handy (you will find that on the box in which you got the phone)...or the IMEI number (15 digits mostly) by dialing *#06# on your phone or beneath the battery or on the box near bar code....this is a paid service and charges differ from network to network

that should solve the problem.....you will be able to use any sim in your phone of any service around the world
