Question about HP Pavilion dv6000z Notebook
The problem start in Vista Service Pack 2, Now I recovered. and I have default factory Installed Vista.
I have a HP VGA WebCam and It is not working. So I recoverd my system from a HDD partition. But this problem still present. In Device Manager One Device is "Unknown Device" says Its not working bcoz of no Driver.
Recovery Partition Should have Driver. I think window is not detecting the WebCam Plz help.
(Recovery = Factory Installed). But What about BIOS can it be recovered back to factory default.
I searched the HP site ,Tried HP chat "They gave me a YouCam setup.
But My PC have Quick Play Installed.
I have (HP Pavillion dv6602au-GT946PA Notebook) plz help.
Note: Same problem with sound and DVD, But they solved after recovery successfully. But not WebCam. any idea.
My cam doesn't work..help me//

Sounds like that particular webcam isn't compatible with vista.
