Can't find a manual for the phone.

Which phone do you have? I found 10 manuals for phones available from Assurance Wireless here: http://assurancewireless.virginmobileusa.com/userguides/ . If these manuals don't include your phone model, try Virgin Mobile's Device Help site: http://devicehelp.virginmobileusa.com/ .

If you need a manual for a phone not in these lists, please add a comment with the model number. Most wireless phone manuals are available from the carrier or the manufacturer. I'll do my best to find the manual you need.

Look in your settings in about phone and it will tell you your model number or look under your battery
To het the manual either take said model number to mgrs web site and look for it, or your carriers or even try GOOGLE.

the model number is usually located under the battery if you can work out how to remove the back cover of the phone. Turn off phone and remove battery and note the model number. Some phones tell you the model number when you turn on the phone also.

It does not come with a manual because manufacters think that once a person knows the concepts of using the smart phone's navigation they can pick up any smart phone and use it.
I had to download a user manual the first time I got a smart phone so you are not alone !

You haven't mentioned the model of your phone, though its difficult to to guess a model. Please find your manual by Googling it by searching with the model no.

Which model Uniden phone? There are a number of DECT 6.0 phones, Uniden has most of their manuals available on their support site: http://www.uniden.com/scat/cordlessphones_mnl . The DECT phone manuals are here: http://www.uniden.com/bin/venda?ex=co_disp-view&bsref=uniden&scat=dectphones_mnl . The phones are listed in numerical and alphabetical order (so check the later pages if your phone's model number starts with DECT). Ignore the number after the dash in the model number, that indicates the number of handsets sold with a given base. The manual is the same for a specific base phone.
