Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Your Creative Zen travel dock "WANT" show up or "WON'T" show up?
At this stage, you need to determine if there's really a problem with the travel dock, or it could be the Creative Zen MP3 player itself. You need to isolate the problem first:
1. Try connecting first your Creative Zen directly to a computer and see if the MP3 player will be detected. If it's not detected by the computer, then it could be the MP3 has the problem and not the dock.
2. Power cycle the travel dock by removing the battery for more than 5 minutes then put the battery back.
Hope these helps and have a great day!
