I would suggest to check the wiring that the injectors are hooked up to, Dodge and Chrysler are notorious for wires to melt thus making cooper exposed and touch other wires making the vehicle to malfunction like you describe, remove protective tape from injector wires and inspect one by one. It is not getting enough fuel, the jets or ports in the carb are dirty and need to be blown out. There should be two covers on the carb, top and bottom. One contains a diaphragm and needle and seat and the other a diaphragm and valves. Carefully blow compressed air into the passages you see but be careful that you do not loose the little screen you will see in one of the holes (about 6mm in size). When everything is clean the motor should run fine again. Keep an eye on your fuel in future. Make sure it is clean before refueling your machine.
