Hello.
On the top of your unit there is a grill. Open both door and look at the lip under the grill. Remove these four screws. Now, pull on the top of the grill. You will notice that it is held on by two springs. Unhook those springs and set the cover aside. The coils are on the right hand side. Use a vacuum with the soft brush attachment to clean them and avoid damaging the airflow. Also, check the fan on the other side of the coils to make sure it is running.

The Vacuum Condenser message has come on. Where is the Condenser in my Sub Zero fridge Problem ?

The condenser is the coil on the outside of the unit that rejects the heat. most Sub zeros I have serviced had top mounted compressors and condenser coils .just find the compressor and the coil. Be careful of the fan. they just want you to check on it

My Sub-Zero side-byside freezer is at 35 degrees and says "vacuum condenser". What does it mean and what can I do?

At the top or bottom of your unit you have a removable panel that covers your compressor and condenser, you should hear a fan, that is your condenser fan, those coils need to be cleaned with a vacuum or dryer brush

We have a flashing vacuum condenser message on our screen -- what does this mean?

It probably means that your condenser coils are dirty and need to be cleaned up. The condenser coils are the copper tubes in the back of the machine next to the condenser fan. If just vacuuming them up doesn't sufficiently clean them then you may want to get some coil cleaner from your local hardware store or whoever sold you the refrigerator.
If the condenser coils are already clean then you may not have enough airflow. Be sure you have 4 to 8 inches of free space behind the unit to provide adequate airflow.

I need to vacuum the condenser in a sub zero,

The condenser coil is located behind the cover on top of the two doors and when you take it off you see the coils that look like a radiator (fins and copper pipes) ,turn of the refrigerator and with a brush and a vacuum clean the coil very carefully and don't push to hard against the fins.

Subzero 680 - vacuum condensor message won't go away.

You can reset it by turning the unit on and off or if you have a door alarm button hold that for 30 seconds and that should clear the fault code.

Vacuum condensor

open both the freezer and refrigerator doors, there are 4 screws at the top of the door frame that extend into the grill covering above the doors where the condenser is housed.  Remove all 4 screws, pull the grill open and then use your home vacuum to clean the dust from the condenser coil (it'll be obvious that it needs it).  Close the grill back, replace the screws and the message should go away.
