There should be a chart inside the blower door on the wiring diagram to tell what the blink means, it is different for different manufacturers.
You can also try unplugging or turnig the main power off to the furnace or air handler for a few minutes, this will clear the fault code, however, if the unit still has problems it will trip out on that fault again.

the fan fill come on with the sequencer (stack switch you call it) it will also come on with the fan relay. on some goodmans the fan relay is the black box on the circuit board. use a jumper to jump red to green, this should bring the fan on sounds like you could have a broken green wire, try using a different wire instead of green

I have a brand new york inverter air conditioner that does not want to cool!

To get proper cold air set temp 23 degree and mode"cool". To get heat set temp 30 degree and mode in "Heat"
Now symbols:
1. fan leaves - Fan only
2. Rain drop- Dry mode
3. Snow flake-Cool mode
4. Sun- Heat
5. A or AU- Auto mode. First, check your compressor is working?

My electric heater is on off why is there warm air coming from the furnace is this normal

That is not normal. It is normal for the sequencer to shut down in an orderly manor however. The heating needs being met the the power is shut down to the sequencer and it shuts down when the bi-metal inside it cools down. If all of the coils and fan were energized the load would be too much so the heating coils are powered up in stages. That does 2 things. Keeps from tripping the breaker and ensures warm air comes out the vents when the fan comes on. You may have a problem with a sticky sequencer.

I have a blinking snowflake icon on my air conditioner, my air will not work. My heater will work fine but the air will not come on

When the snowflake is blinking the thermostat in in a delay mode designed to protect your compressor. If it does not stop blinking in 15min the stat is bad otherwise something is wrong with the AC

Your inside cooling coil in the air conditioning mode could be frozen over. Change the fan setting to on and operate it that way when in the cooling mode. Turn the air conditioning OFF with the fan ON to clear the coil of frost which should take about 1 hour.

The fact that you have sweat on the large line means that the temperature of the gas inside the line is below the due point of the moisture in the air. A good tech would measure the pressures and temperature of the system to get what is called superheat to determine proper system charge of refrigerant.

My blower motor doesn't blow air out the air ducts why

Check for a frozen cooling coil. Turn the fan to the on position at the thermostat and the cooling to off. Your cooling coil may be iced over. Allow it to run in the fan only mode until the coil has had a chance to defrost. At the outside unit you may see the large line is frosted. This is the visual indication for a frozen coil. When you return the A/C to cooling use it with the fan on while in the cooling mode.

Inside blower not starting every time

That's a weird problem. I wonder if the outside compressor is drawing down the voltage in the breaker box enuff to keep the blower from starting up. If you're set to cool but the thermostat is NOT calling for the AC, can you manually turn the blower on fathfully? If so, I would check all wiring connections in the breaker box to make sure they are tight and free from tarnish or corrosion. You may even need to contact your power company and have a higher amperage line installed outside. Do your house lights blink noticably when the compressor kicks on?

While you're resolving this, you could start the blower manually and just leave it on. The compressor cycling on/off shouldn't stop the blower once it's running and it won't draw much current... couple bucks a month maybe.

Hope that helps...
