Question about LG L196WTQ Monitor
Hello: hope you can advise on what the problem might. i have this L196WTQ-BF monitor that worked great...until I moved. i suspect that someone may have dropped in during the move; reasong being..there is an image stuck on the desktop that i can't get rid of. it looks like it might be an image of a broken window or something, at first i thought it was some kind of weird spider, lol. but now i think it is supposed to represent a broken monitor, like a rock through a window : ( i know i probably sound as though i'm stoned, lol. but no, i'm not ; ) any advice would be greatfully appreciated. thanks!
The "image" you are talking about: Is it there when the monitor is off? If so, you are correct--it's broken and must be replaced.
Is it on the desktop when you start the computer and does it stay there no matter what program you are running. If the answer is "yes" then I'm afraid the answer is the same.
