Replace the wire(s), check the ends of the corona section, maybe arcing to ground thru the housing where the wire mounts are.

C - 2105 Transfer/separation corona cleaning motor home sensor error code.
Remove the transfer/separator corona located in ADU assy,use the vacuum cleaner and clean the corona support and the 2 sensors(located under corona assy rear and front area).After cleaning urn ON the copier and is working.

Fuser problems


Fuser not cause light copy.If fuser problem the fuser unit not fixing the toner to paper (not fixing image).Light copies :dirty optical parts,Organic Photo Conductor drum,charge roller or charge corona wires or charge corona grid dirty,transfer/separator corona wires dirty.

Copy quality from my sharp AR 275 copier keeps fading away. I have replaced the drum. I cannot locate the corona wire. where is it located.


No corona wire is there on this model, you can find one saw teeth like portion inside the main charger it serves the purpose of corona wire you can find the charger assembly on the drum unit, you try to clean the charger assembly by washing it and drying it buy the sun light, better to replace the maincharger, drum, cleaning blade, and developer together. Black lines through printed pages have cleaned unit and replaced black drum unit.....still have black lines


Clean the charge corona wire/charge corona roller and the charge corona wire gride,and the transfer/separation corona wire/roller.After clean the units and clean the optical section perform the auto image adjust mode.

The problem in the transfer/separator corona unit. Clean the corona wire,change or clean and cut the holes of corona holder.100%is the good solution.

C0200: PC Drum Charge, Image Transfer/Paper Separator Coronas Malfunction.
Most probably a broken corona wire. It can also be caused by dirty coronas wich can be washed with water and soap and dry them well. If the problem persistes must look for the conections and HV1, wich suplies the coronas. GOOD LUCK.

that is for corona assembly first of all confirm that it is charger assembly or lower assembly .first of all put out lower assembly from machine and on copier if coderemoves then clean this assembly and change corona wires .if code still clean charger assembly and change corona wire.cod will bi removed.mian jee
