Question about Televison & Video
Normally that occurs when there is an issue internally on the TV. By the looks of it your TV might have detected an error and had raised a flag. It could be minor that a simple reset may fix it. I am unsure on the model you have if it is has a small reset button in the front panel. If there is none you can do this by unplugging the device from the power for at least 4 hours like most TVs.
Does this happen whether you are watching TV or DVD? The TV may have detected the error on its components related to such connections. If all checks fine there may be IC on the circuit board that may have gone bad.
