Hello. Have you contacted the manufacturer? If you go to their website, you should be able to download the instructions. Otherwise try ringing them.

Where can i get the stem part for the wilton multipurpose vise model # 69999

Hi, W/D here.
Here's a link to Wilton Vises at McMaster/Carr. In the middle of that page is a link to the repair parts. I am sending the first link as the second link is a download, and I could not link the link to this post. One extra click, friend. Best I could do. If you get the part number from the parts sheet, you could continue to shop around and maybe find it cheaper, but I doubt that there are many places stocking such parts. McMaster prices are pretty good in my experience, and a phone call to them will get any answer you need. Good folks. We have spent mega dollars with them as a one stop source for many industrial needs. Huge catalog, if you're interested. Great reference book.

Best regards, --W/D--

Any installation specs on the best way to install the vise on a wood bench?

This is just generic instructions just to give you an idea of placement and mounting. I am not sure if your vise turns or not and that would be a big factor also. It depends on where you want it, if anything is close that will interfere with the vise or whatever you have in the vise. Depends how thick the spot is where you want to mount it. If the place is not very thick, use bolt and heavy washer on top of the vise and a heavy washer, a lock washer and nut on bottom. In place of the lock washer and nut, you could use locknut. If the bench where you want to mount is too thick for bolts, use at least 2" lag bolts with heavy washers with the lag bolts as big as the vise holes will accept. You will need the vise as close to the edge without it hanging over the edge of the bench. This is so you will be able to open and close the vise without obstruction. If placement of the vise isn't a big deal, the center edge of the bench would be great although I always mount mine on one end of the bench because of better movement of the part in the vise. Goodluck.

How do you remove upper control arm bushes from wishbone

Most bushings are a press fit. If you do not have a press and you have a big enough vise, you can sometimes use your vise and a large socket. Best way if your trying to save money is to take the parts off yourself and have a shop swap out your bushings in the control arms then just put the arms back on yourself. Hope this helps...

Passenger side u joint is rattling and need to replace

Axle Shaft: Service and Repair
Axle Shaft, Constant Velocity Type
Single cardan U-joint components are not serviceable. If defective, they must be replaced as a unit. If the bearings, seals, spider, or bearing caps are
damaged or worn, replace the complete U-joint.
CAUTION: Clamp only the narrow forged portion of the yoke in the vise. Also, to avoid distorting the yoke, do not over tighten the vise jaws.
1. Remove axle shaft.
2. Remove the bearing cap retaining snap rings (Fig. 19).
It can be helpful to saturate the bearing caps with penetrating oil prior to removal.
3. Locate a socket where the inside diameter is larger in diameter than the bearing cap. Place the socket (receiver) against the yoke and around the
perimeter of the bearing cap to be removed.
4. Locate a socket where the outside diameter is smaller in diameter than the bearing cap. Place the socket (driver) against the opposite bearing cap.
5. Position the yoke with the sockets in a vise (Fig. 20).
6. Compress the vise jaws to force the bearing cap into the larger socket (receiver).
7. Release the vise jaws. Remove the sockets and bearing cap that was partially forced out of the yoke.
8. Repeat the above procedure for the remaining bearing cap.
9. Remove the remaining bearing cap, bearings, seals and spider from the propeller shaft yoke.
1. Pack the bearing caps 1/3 full of wheel bearing lubricant. Apply Extreme Pressure (EP), lithium-base lubricant to aid in installation.
2. Position the spider in the yoke. Insert the seals and bearings. Tap the bearing caps into the yoke bores far enough to hold the spider in position.
3. Place the socket (driver) against one bearing cap. Position the yoke with the socket wrench in a vise.
4. Compress the vise to force the bearing caps into the yoke. Force the caps enough to install the retaining clips.
5. Install the bearing cap retaining clips.
6. Install axle shaft.
