I deact. my FB 2 yrs ago. I have been using my sisters. Now I cannot get out of my sisters acct. When I try to reopen my acct. my sisters name keeps coming up.

have her contact fb,with her id while online with a camera,otherwise it is not your acct and leave it alone

Hi, You must have done something to offend people on FB. that's why they blocked you out. If you want to start a new account on FB use a different name. Also read the do's and don'ts on FB. Good Luck.

I would go to http://www.facebook.com/help/#/help/?page=174 and try the troubleshooting steps. If they do not work, email facebook tech support with the emails that you used to create both accounts. They can assist you through closing one and getting your info back.
