Pilot light issue

you cannot light the pilot on that oven manually. that oven is eletronic ignition. take off the panel under the doors, turn on the oven, and turn the thermostat to 350.
if you see sparking on both the right and left burners, you and it doesnt light, you need to see if the gas solenoid on the right side of the burner is getting power. if it is and nothing lit relace it.
if it is not, replace the ignition board

HEAT NOT EVEN IT IS HOTTER AT THE RIGHT HAND SIDE SO CAUSE COOKIES ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THE TRAY TO BE SO BROWN. CAKE DOES NOT COOK IN THE INSIDE BUT ALREADY BROWN AT THE OUTER LAYER WHEN THE DIPPING...

Sounds like your oven burner is maybe setting at a angle, out of its bracket. You can turn down the oven flame by turning the burner orifice a little bit clockwise until the flame doesn't come up around the spreader plate. Also make sure your not blocking any vents on the bottom of the oven with foil or pans.

Uneven rising & baking in convection oven

I repair commercial cooking equipment for a living. When a customer complains about uneven cooking the #1 thing that these manufacturers ask is..... are they turning (180*) the baking sheets half way thru the cook cycle. #2 are they staggering the pans front to back & side to side. It's kind of a pain but, works for the commercial ones.

Microwave ovens

The Magnetron has failed, causing the waveguide to become damaged. If the waveguide is damaged/burned the microwave can not be repaired and should be replaced.

Microwave ovens

The cover is probably the magenetron. That is where the microwaves come from. If the bread was moist, it might have left condensate in the unit which is causing the sparking. Unplug the unit, leave the door open over night. If you can remove that cover, do so. Be sure to carefully replace it before using the unit. Never turn on a microwave with nothing in it.
