99 expedition my fuel pump isnt working checked fuses is there a fusuble fink with key on the fuel shutt off switch behind right kick panel has no power to any of the wires?

Power comes from a fuseable link to the pump relay, then to the inertia switch on the dark green and yellow wire. Power from the inertia switch to the pump is on the pink blue or pink black wire.

Frozen and won't shutt off

Unfold a paper clip and use the end to press the reset button on the back--it's the tiny black "hole" at the middle of the bottom next to the "passed" seal.
