Set-up ran fine and the main menu appeared normally. As soon as I chose to play a new game the audio could be heard fine, and the accompanying text was visible at the bottom of the screen. However there was no visuals, just some pale blue lines in the top left quarter of the sreen, the rest being white.I have a new pc with up to date hardware that should easily run the game.Could you offer any solutions to this problem?

Re: in-game graphics don't work
Have you updated your video driver? If that has been done, you can right click on the shortcut icon, go to compatibility and choose to run it under Win SP2 or 3. That could help with things, if not post a comment and I'll get back to you for further help.
Im running an ATI Radeon x1300/1550 pro graphics card(256m) .. on OS win XP (sp2) all up to date drivers and DirectX9 but wen i try to play any on line game i just get a white screen i get sound but no graphics ... but i did on my old graphics card which was a GForce 5500(256m ) any solution...One game i play ive played for 2 yrs on my old card and that card is older than the one i have now!!... any suggestions please!!! thanks in Advance
Check the game requirements, your graphics card might not be able to handle it also check if your direct x is also up to date. DX9 should be able to handle just about anything out there right now. hope this helps ~good luck

If you are experiencing display issues (dim, blank or half-blank screen, ghosted image, etc.) with a Virtual Console game while using the Component Video Cable, please read the following:
Some Virtual Console games default to displaying 240 lines of video. Some HD TV's are unable to display a signal with only 240 lines. Try the steps below to set the Wii to output 480 lines of video, which may solve the problem:
While on the Wii Channel Menu (main screen of the Wii), connect a Nunchuk to Wii Remote.
Select the Virtual Console game from the Wii menu, then select "Start" to begin the game.
When the game starts, press the Home button on the Wii Remote. (In many games, the music can be heard when the game starts.)
Select "Operations Manual" from the Home menu.
Press the Z + A + 2 Button simultaneously (the Z Button is on the Nunchuk). A sound will be heard if the button combination has been entered correctly.
Close the Home menu. The game should now display correctly. Note: You will not have to do this the next time you play, as the Wii console will remember these settings.
If the Virtual Console game is still not displaying properly, but all other games work fine, please call 1-800-255-3700 so that we may assist you further.
It is sad but true that cue club doesn't run perfectly with high graphics card. I don't know why. I played cue club without setuping the drivers. IT ran well. But everytime I set up my agp driver it gets crashed. It didn't happen with only one agp card. I changed at least 10-12 AGP and PCI express. In every situation, I can play the game untill I set up my agp.Whenever I set up my agp it always crashes. Nothing actually worked with me
I've had the same problem and I've installed it on my Hard Drive and it works fine now. I'm still trying to find aswers to why it's didn't work before though. Mine kept saying "Unreadable Disk" error. It would be fine during a fight but as soon as I was in the main menu or Legacy menu, the error would appear and it put me back on the Xbox 360 Dashboard. But install it on your Hard Drive and it will work fine.
i can GUARANTEE you it happens with other games..you just havent tried EVERY game out there for the ps3, as this would be impossible. Your RSX video processor is overheating, very common with graphic intensive games such as COD5....how do you fix it? well it needs to be disassembled and reflowed and/or thermal pasted. or call sony and send it back for 150plustax...or we fix that for 65. goodluk
If you have run the laptop in safe mode it uses the standard VGA graphics driver, and this indicates the onboard graphics card is still functioning. Try connecting and external monitor to your laptop and the boot up your laptop. Then :- 1. Download the latest graphics driver from ASUS WEB site. 2. uninstall the graphics driver. 3. Reboot the laptop and install the new graphics driver. 4. Shut down and remove the external monitor and reboot. 5. Goto the Control panel - Display and check/set the settings for screen resolution, Colour setting etc.
