Error messages help (and assuming Windows OS), but maybe this will make it work:

try right-clicking on the installer and run-as administrator (or something to that effect)

if that doesn't work, right-click on the installer and select Properties, then in the Compatibility tab, check the box to run it as WinXP, and OK and re-run installer (and try also as-admin)

uninstall the fire wall if you are using .If does not use fire wall ,
Think your pc is infected by virus.
Check and fix with folloing instruction.

Uninstall the game and delete any related files or folders.
Reboot your computer.

make sure you log on as administrator and that there are no security programs running (anti virus, registry editors, spyware) and reinstall the game.

uninstall the program again and also make sure that all folders and files attached to that program are deleted and the recycle bin is emptied. try to reinstall again. You can also download a trial version and later add your key number

LexmarkX125 will not scan documents to computer

uninstall the printer turn off you fire wall and virus protection. and reinstall the software. windows firewall and some security programs block the nt drivers needed for scanning. do you get a message saying window has blocked some start up programs?
