Question about Mitsubishi WD-62327 62" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television
I just replaced my housing and lamp for a WD-62327 and after replacing and turning the TV on, the red lamp light came on. Last time I replaced the lamp I did it wrong and my girlfriend was here for the repair man, and he told her I did not have the lamp in correctly. What can I be doing wrong? Is there a special way to install the lamp housing, should I feel a click?
No you should not feel any click, the lamp plug
slides into the ballast plug in the groves.do not
force it,you could have the plug upside down or
you need to visually see if the ballast plug is
damaged.you may need to replace the ballast if you still are getting a red lamp error on the
front of the tv.
