Question about Heating & Cooling
If this is a wall or window unit, the plastic vanes on the front direct the air flow. If there is a knob to change the AIRFLOW (not the temperature) direction from "down" to "front" or some such, try removing the front panel and see if the control knob has come loose, or see if there is some kind of linkage that has come loose or is broken. Replace broken parts as needed, or fix them if you are able. If this has helped, please rate it accordingly. Good luck.
