Fault to the main power supply regulator section. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Faulty door switch, Open dryer door, see if light comes on inside the dryer. If it does the door switch is good. If it doesn’t try resetting the breaker. *( dryer bulbs burn out) you may want to replace the bulb if light doesn’t come on before proceeding forward)
The start switch is another cause. You will have to unplug the dryer to check continuity.
A broken drum belt.
Turn timer on a cycle and listen for it making a ticking sound. You should as the timer is the least likely to fail, from my experience.

Here are the most common things

Thermal Fuse

If the dryer doesn\'t heat, but the drum
turns, check the thermal fuse(s). The thermal fuse protects the dryer
from overheating and helps to prevent fires. If the thermal fuse is
blown, it will have to be replaced.

Gas Valve Solenoid

The gas valve has two or more electric
solenoids which open the valve to let the gas flow into the burner
assembly. If the dryer doesn\'t heat one or more of the solenoids may be
defective. If the igniter glows for 90 seconds but the burner flame
doesn\'t light, replace these coils as a set.


Dryer Igniter


If the dryer doesn\'t heat, the igniter might
be burned out. Check the igniter for continuity with an ohm meter. Dryer
igniters burn out over time, similar to a light bulb.


Heating Element

The heating element on an electric dryer can
burn out over time. If the dryer doesn\'t heat, the element should be
checked for continuity. The heating element cannot be repaired and must
be replaced if defective.

Tail and panel light doesn't turn on. fuse keeps burning

You have a ground issue.Current from another circuit is running through the lights to get to ground. this causes them to burn out quickly.You need to do a real detailed visual check.A good component wiring diagram and component locator is a requirement here.

Have no tail lights for my 1992 grand marquis

Look for the easy things first. Could be one bulb was burned out and then the other burned out. Check the bulbs. If that doesn help look at the fuse block, probably under the dash on the driver side. If the fuse is the problem and if it blows when you put in a new one. look in the trunk at the tail light wires to see if they have been damaged or have come loose from the bulb sockets and are causing a short that blows the fuse. Repair or replace bulb sockets and or wires. Good luck.

How to turn my bottom fog lights on in mercedes benz 300c

It's an electrical problem(you knew that)STEP1:check for voltage with a DVOM(voltage tester) at the fog light fuse,if current here switch is good,then problem is after fuse(make sure fuse is good). STEP2:check for power at the fog light ground (the fog light ground is bolt and nut that holds the unit up)if you get power at this end,make sure both light bulbs are good they might be a"series system"like x-mas lights if one burns out the other doesn"t work.

Turn signals dont work

that could easily be just the fuse or the flasher unit. both are on the driver side under the dash
