Question about Sony Ericsson K850i Mobile Phone
If still under warranty from either Erickson or your cell service provider, they should replace it free of charge. No known fix for this except replacement of the phone. Should never have happened, and I have never heard of it happening on a cell phone. Key pads are usually very sturdy as they are the most used part of the phone. A head scratcher for sure. If this has helped, please rate it accordingly. Good luck.
