There are 4 bolts that hold the engine in place on the left side of scooter when your looking straight towards the bars
then there are 3 more bolts below those tak em all all be carefull not to loose the small spacers behind the large ons there hard to notice but they are there
slip you belt over both pulleys and reasemble using the 2adjustment screws that attach to the big pulley on bottom until the belt is 110 & straight and has a little bit of play abotu half in or so should be fine you dont wat too much other wise it will break if you hit a bump or whatever an if its too loose wellit will slip as you might know

Walking on tread mill is jerky. almost like some one keeps putting the break on

Hi There, have you lubricated the deck lately? does the belt glide easily over the deck with your foot pushing it and the power to the treadmill off? If the belt glides easily with your foot, but not when powered, you're motor control board could be about to fail. capacitors routinely go bad on these controllers over the years. good luck!!

Manual for 24 hp 42 craftsman - Diagram and How to change the drive belt?

Remember this, there is a belt diagram under the left foot rest. It will show you how the belt is rigged onto the pulleys. In changing this belt you will have to pull the clutch assembly, from beneath the motor. Only one bolt holds this assembly to the motor's vertical shaft.Once removed, install the belt onto the pulleys. Then slip the belt onto the clutch assembly's pulley and lift straight up,align the key way with the key and slip on the clutch assembly and replace the bolt.Torque down the bolt,i can't remember the torque pounds, but i believe it's 100-200 lbs. of torque.B. Unlikely some other manufacturer's box will fit, if only because the circuit connecter is built into the pack.

I have bladez moby that im being able to start but not to keep running, i used the ratio of 30:1 oil mix im not sure if its ok

Ok sorry you havent had an answer yet lol , here it is , i had this same issue . All you have to do is take the plastic cover off of the motor , and once its off pull the throttle ( with scooter off ) and you will see where it leades to . Where it leads to there is a screw which can be tightened to increase its motor stength / use . So tighten it , but only a little bit , if tightened to much the scooter will go without you pulling the throttle , so a 2-3 twists on a screw driver should do it. Once done , start your scooter up , and it should run great !

The only trick to getting this back together is patience and determination. You must keep the spring flat as you wind it tight.
