First are you sure the error code is 'LE' and not 'tE' which looks very similar. The LE is usually the motor position sensor. Common on older washers. Easy fix. Under $20 part. The tE error is usually the thermistor. Inexpensive part about $6, but can be more complicated to get to. Ad a comment to your question and my answer with error code and I'll reply with more info if needed.

Je peut (peut-etre) t`aider avec ce probleme mais j`aurais quelque questions auparavant;

As tu le livre ou liste de codes disponible pour ton URC-4605 ?
Toshiba est une marque tres populaire et a peu pres toute les telecommandes universel peuvent les opere.
Sauf dans certain cas comme; si ta television est un modele combine dvd our vcr ?

Tu peut aussi faire une recherche de code, voici la procedure avec ton televiseur allume.

1. presse le bouton "tv"
2. presse le bouton "setup" et tiend le jusqu`a temp que la lumiere cligne 2 fois.
3. Pointe la telecommande envers la tv et alterne entre les boutons "power" et "tv" jusqu`a ce que la tele s`eteigne.
note: si tu vas trop vite tu peut depasser le code et tu auras a recommencer, tu doit aussi avoir de la patience car tu peut avoir a presser ces 2 boutons une cinquantaine de fois ou plus.

4.Quand la tele s`eteindra tu doit mettre le code en memoire en pressant le bouton "setup" a nouveau jusqu`a ce qu`il cligne deux fois.

LE means "Overload in Motor" Unplug the washer, remove clothes, wait 15 minutes for motor to cool down. try again. If problem persists you'll need a certified technician.

The LE code indicates motor failure (or intermittent problem with motor). Based on what Ive read their support sucks, so sory to be bearer of bad news...
