Sennheiser hdr 30 battery

Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement battery for these headphones? The existing battery certainly looks proprietary.

Hi all, I have a Philips Lx 3600 Dvd HTS and the DVD is not working. I would like to replace it, but it is also the builtin amplifier for the 5.1 system. Is it possible to buy another DVD/amplifier that is...

I have the same issue but it looks like buy a cheap philips DVD 5.1 with the EASY CONNECTORS and link to your existing speaker set. The new speakers can act as a fall back to your existing set.

Can i listen to my ipod threw the theater sound system

your home theater has a AUX phono plug in the back
you need to buy or make a cable that looks like this

to buy
3.5mm headphone jack>>>>> phonojack
if that cable has only one phono jack on the other side then you also need this
one phonojack>>>>>two phono jacks
this is needed because if you kept it as one jack then only one side will play music

if you make it then
3.5mm headphone jack>>>>>> two phono jacks

My sony dav-s-400 system keeps activating headphone port output.

Just had and fixed the same problem that hundreds of people are suffering with this system!!
Sony DAV s400 - same problem, won't play though speakers and display indicates that headphones are plugged in - when they are not. Fairly easy to fix and took me less than an hour from start to finish:
1) Remove top cover
2) Remove circuit board that has Audio In/Out phono scockets (to get access to Amplifier Circuit Board)
3) Remove Amplifier circuit board (has the speakers attached)
4) Turn it over and remove copper heat shield
5) Resolder joints where the big brown capacitor is and where the wires go to the front headphone socket...and any other dodgy joints that you find
6) Reassemble.

Go to Radio Shack and buy a cable with two phono plugs on one end and a 1/8" jack on the other end - they're pretty cheap.

Put the phono plugs into the AUX sockets on the back of the Bose, and the 1/8" jack plug into the 'headphone out' jack socket on the laptop.

Be sure that the display says you're in AUX mode. This works for me.

Good luck.

System cable

Okay after 1 yr of searching for this cable.... I figured it out! I have the same setup as whom you are speaking of. The jvc part# is QAM0381-002. After the obvious searches like ebay and jvc. The avr $ is 40 buks! Every1 told me to go throught the manufacturer.... it was the a 1 of a kind. I said b.s. I did a lil research on the actual cable itself. I have the cable intact just it's cheap made and it fell apart. I figured out that the cable is not unique. It is called an 8 pin, mini din cable. Google this with intent to buy. You should come up with quite better pricing. I bought mine around 7$. You might even try circuit city, best buy ect. The sub should be the power source for the system the cable carries power and audio to the sub. Hence the importance of the retarted cable!. Hope this is the cable and problem u were refering too? Thanks Derrick

Headset not working

A modulator is designed for the reverse of what you are trying to use it for. It is meant to be a local TV transmitter i.e. video and audio source INPUT for the TV. It converts A/V to a UHF radio signal that the TV can receive. If the TV has no audio OUTPUTS or headphone jack then headphones cannot be used with this TV. As for the new problem with the TV, I'd like to think this is co-incidental and not your fault. The fantastic thing to do would be to go and buy the lady an LCD TV of a the biggest size you can afford. Most have a headphone socket.
