Question about Philips 42MF230A/37 42 in. Plasma HDTV
The problem must be with the driver IC's, the driver IC'S has gone bad. Need to replace just the driver IC or the board that the IC is on and that should solve your problem. If that doesn't do it, then the BAD NEWS IS THAT THE PANEL IS BAD.
Replacement is you only option then.
