Problem for Sony Digital Cameras

Hi.

I've had my Sony Cybershot DSC-P200 for about 3 years now. Recently this strange squiggly thing keeps coming up in all my shots. I've wiped the lens but it doesn't help. I can send a sample if necessary. Any suggestions?
