Take out the memory battery for a hour. The motherboard will most likely also have a jumper that can be used to remove the password but removing the battery for atleast a hour will remove it.

If you can't change the setting in the bios setup that means you have a bios supervisor password set. If you don't know the supervisor password you can reset the supervisor with Acer Bios Master Password from http://www.unlockbiosrecovery.com/Unlock_Acer_Bios.php for only $20

I don't know my security code

When you boot up to the log in screen type in administrator as user to log in if you cant log in

during the boot up process you will see on the screen for a short amount of time press a certain key to enter set up press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS scroll down to set user password or supervisor password you can change or remove your password from there

also

The most common way that we know on how to reset or clear the BIOS password is to physically remove the power from the computer by disconnecting the power plug and then removing the Cmos battery for 30 minutes from the motherboard. Another way is to reset the clear CMOS jumper on the motherboard itself. Both of the 2 methods mentioned works because most motherboards use a battery to sustain the BIOS/CMOS settings for the motherboards PROM chip. So by cutting off cmos the battery power, the BIOS/CMOS settings will be erased.

hope this helps you

Hi,
It seems to be BIOS password, if you don't remember or don't have the BIOS password you have to reset the password by opening your CPU cover and removing the CMOS coin battery, this will reset the BIOS password but dont forget to return back the battery and start using your PC.

Toshiba satellite a135-s4656 reset bios

Hello,

Even though I suspect that your system restarting

itself is not only caused by a BIOS error, but I will

still tell you how to reset your system BIOS:

If you don't know the system password for your

System, forgotten it, or its not accepting it again,

then you might have to reset your CMOS (BIOS).

Which means you will have to unscrew your system,

remove all cables supplying power to the board,

locate the CMOS battery(a small battery plugged

into a socket there) and remove it for a few

seconds, then replace it and screw your system

back.

This will reset your system's CMOS back to its

Factory default settings.

(If you cant unscrew your PC yourself, you can just get a good technician to do it for you instead.)

Hope it helps.

Goodluck!
