Question about Cameras
Hello there, if you have lost the cd that came with your device, or somehow never got one, the only option you have is to download that software.
It is available at:
Once you open this file, go into the folder inside, called "Drivers". Inside there double click on the SETUP or Setup.exe, this will install the drivers to your machine. If it doesnt install then you probably don't need them.
You can also get the manual at:
Make sure the camera is in USB mode (hit the menu button on the camera, there should be a usb mode). With Vista you should be able to just plug in the device after it's in USB mode and go to MY COMPUTER. In "My Computer" you will have your camera identified as either another drive letter (such as E: or F: for example) or it will actually say something like "Camera". Double click that, in there you will have a DCIM folder, in there are the pictures and videos.
The manual can guide you through this as well and has pictures.
