Question about Dell Wireless 2350 Router

1 Answer

Wireless connection drops

About a month ago the wireless connection on my laptop becomes unconnected. I have to reconnect multiple times. My highspeed internet provider says they change ip addresses several times a day and maybe the router is not changing automatically. HOw do I fix this. I have had the router for years and never had a problem.

What you need to do with this problem is to have the router "dell wireless 2350" is to update the firmware or software of this router. You may contact Dell support to ask for the firmware or go to www.dell.com and look for the model number of your router and download the firmware of the said router.

Hope this works for you.

Check the power saving settings, it's possible that your wireless card is going in power saving mode. This could be done through the operating system, or maybe in the BIOS.

Try the mouse on a different computer. If it can't work on there then you may have a defective mouse. Contact logitech about warranty info.
