Oh, Yes very rare. I have never seen one of these. I will not be able to help you on this. you might need to ask the store where you purchased it and se if they have a service man. Try reposting you question again and include the make and model in your description. There most be someone on here that knows your model.

Can you tell me what error code E12 is on a Bosch vision 300 washer?

I am not quit sure if my answer will help you, but I am going to tell you the cycle

The unit fills to whatever water level you choose to use
.
After reaching the water level the the wash begins, after 20 or 30 minutes of washing it needs to drain the soapy water. The drain pump turn on draining the water, after draining the unit fill back up to the settings and or sprays water while doing the draining and spinning to remove as much dirty water as possible from the first wash. After the first draining, fills back up again for the final rinse and the final drain

The symptom you are describing, here tell me, that issue is with the drain valve, drain hose, the sewer, or is a big possibility that there is is a sock or woman garment stuck in inside holding the rotor causing the water not drain inside the water valve, if the sensors are not sensing the opening of the pressure switch after the first fill. it will not continue This units lately has been added many sensors the only thing this unit doesn't has is the ability to speak but if using common sense you can get to the part that needs to be replace. You need to read and understand the wash cycle first.

How do I reset my KitchenAid Model KUDS35FXSS1

The unit normally has a 1:20 to 1:30 fill cycle with pauses in between while the wash motor starts and stops without running a diagnostic mode this normally happens when the control outputs power to the wash pump motor but the pump doesn't start

The cold water keeps running in the rinse cycle. it nrver fills up it drains out as it flows in

you kind of lost me with that one, but the washer should spray in cold water when in the rince cycle , spining , draining, and spray of cold water. Thats a normal rince.

Gets to the spin cycle and does not spin and drain

What is error code?
Does unit spin?
Does unit drain?
Does unit fill on all water settings?
Ie set to hot, warm, and cold and see if fills.

Maytag SAV5910aww will not always drain. Fills and agitates fine but will go through entire cycle without draining. Will sometimes give end of cycle buzz sometimes not. If I am in the room and lift the lid...

"I have found spinning the timer back to begining of rinse cycle first helps". The timer only rotates clockwise; counterclockwise rotation can destroy it.

Fills but does not wash

Hi!
That happens when for some reason any of the two drain/spin cycles are interrupted. Try this:
have the washer empty, then set the machine to run the last cycle to the end of it, when you usually
lift the cover to take out the clothes, that ought to do it, I had the same problem when diagnosing a
timer problem.

Washer fills, drains instead of agitating, fills, etc

ON THIS MACHINE WHEN IT AGGITATES MOTOR ROTATES ONE DIRECTION, WHEN IT PUMPS OUT AND SPINS IT ROTATES THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. YOUR MACHINE IS ROTATING THE WRONG DIRECTION WHEN IT FILLS., INDICATING THAT THE TIMER IS SENDING VOLTAGE TO WRONG WIRES. SOLUTION , REPLACE TIMER.
PS: MAKE SURE ALL WIRES ARE PLUGGED IN TO MOTOR. WHILE THIS IS UNLIKELY , I HAVE SEEN THIS BE THE PROBLEM.

Dishwasher Does Not Cycle

IA, these GE pumps have a habit of sticking if the unit hasn't been run for a while. First you want to verify that the motor is in fact getting power, this will eliminate the timer. You can use a meter on the quik connect from the motor while in the wash cycle. If the motor is getting power, see if the pump is stuck by turning the motor vanes (Do this with the power off). If it's hard to turn and then frees up than this was more than likley your problem. You remove the bottom toe panel and will be able to check this out without removing the dishwasher. If you have either dry bearings in the motor or sticky grease buildup in the pump bearing/seal, it can cause the motor to stick rather than rotate on startup. More likely to be greasy crud buildup. The best you can do without disassembling the entire unit is to circulate a good degreaser product in a wash cycle, such as 409 or PurplePower. On the off chance (very small chance) it would degrade plastic parts, only run degreaser wash cycle for 5 minutes or so before draining it and running rinse cycle.
