You need to report and block this harassment!! PLEASE- Visit his page and scroll down. To the left of his facebook profile, you will see the options 'Block/ Report this person' and click it. proceed to report him for harassment and then block his profile. Once you block him, he will no longer be able to contact you or view your posts ANYWHERE. please do every step here.

Your account probably got hacked by someone, did you give out your password to anyone?
Or you also maybe were harassing someone and got reported.
