Question about GE (PSS26MSRSS) Side by Side Refrigerator
Your condensing fan in the unit may be out. This fan supplies the cold air from the freezer to the fridge. To find it look at where the temp control switch is in the fridge. There should be some vents in this area. The fan is located behind that panel. Once you remove the panel take the model number and serial number to the parts house and they should be able to get your fan part. If by chance the fan is rotating then it is possible your defroster is out. You will be able to tell if the defroster is out there will be a large chunk of ice in the area of the fan
