Re: i have no idea how to work my headset

One additional step to get the H700 to pair again -- After you close the boom and hold the call button, when the light turns purple, open the boom. This puts the H700 into pairing mode.

Re: i have no idea how to work my headset

I was having the same problem with my phone. First close the boom on your headset and hold the call button until the light turns purple. This will reset the headset and prepare it to pair up again. Once that is complete try pairing it back with your phone. If it still does not work, you might have to manually connect to the bluetooth headset from there. Go into your trusted devices on your phone. Select the bluetooth device, select connect. Hopefully that works. If not try calling 1-877-motoblu and ask for customer service and see if they can walk you through any other solutions.

I am trying to hear my gameplay through my plantronics gamecom p90 headset i got the headset to work but i cant hear my gameplay through it

If your headset is the P90, turn the headset on. The light on the headset should start flashing red/blue. If it doesn't, start with the headset turned on, press and hold the call control button on the headset until the light on the headset starts flashing red/blue, red/blue. Follow the on screen instructions and let the PS3 scan for the headset. It will appear as "P90Plantronics" in the list of devices. If prompted for a passkey, enter 0000 (4 zeroes). Now go back to the Accessory Settings menu and then select Audio Device Settings. Select "P90Plantronics" as the audio input and the audio output device. You should be all set. If not, you can contact the Technical Assistance Group at 800-544-4660 x5538.

Good luck from Headsets Direct - 800-914-7996.

Cannot hear but people can hear me with 330, No sound.

This may be a broken or loose wire in your headset that prevents you from hearing them.

Or the headset is not turned on. Press the call control button for 2 seconds until you hear a beep or see the indicator light glow blue to turn headset on. Your headset is out of range. Move the headset closer to the phone or Bluetooth device.

Good luck from Headsets Direct!

Blue light will not stay lit

1. Ensure the headset is turned off (indicator light not blinking and headset
boom is closed)
2. Press and hold the Call button. After about 4 or 5 seconds, the indicator
light becomes steadily lit in magenta
3. Release the Call button and immediately open the headset boom. The
indicator light remains lit in magenta.

If the indicator light is flashing in blue or not steadily lit when opening the
headset boom, repeat steps 1 through 3

Blue tooth adapter and hs850 headset on my computer

Yes, you need the blue tooth driver. The one that comes with your blue tooth "toggle". Although my laptop said "blue tooth compatible" I still needed a toggle. They are fairly cheap to buy and go into a USB port.
