how old is ur microwave ?
most probably its dead, if warranty available take it to the authorized repair center.

I found one of these on the curb. Took it home, and it was completely dead as you described. Took it apart, and there's a thermal fuse mounted above the convection fan that had blown. According to the data sheet, the fuse blows at 240C, but even if it never sees that temperature it will still fail eventually if exposed to high enough temperatures. The fuse is mounted against the chamber where it will get hot, so basically these ovens are designed to have a finite lifetime.

Anyway, long story short, you can buy replacement fuses online for a few bucks. It's a SEFUSE SF240E. Or just bypass the fuse. Keep in mind that the fuse is a safety feature that will kill the oven if it overheats, so keep that in mind if you decide to bypass it.

Ultimately, how I ended up fixing my Oster 5965 and Hamilton Beach Cool Touch Electric 40898 kettles that had the same problems as you (Nothing would work; no heat, no buttons would light up) was by taking apart the bottom screws (Be warned, for only one screw I needed a "Spanner Insert Bit"). I jiggled the connectors as I rang them out with my multimeter and everything seemed to work. Leaving the bottom off I retested the kettle and it just worked. I reassembled the parts and made my happy wife a cup of English Tea.

It is better you dont do anything yourself, you can check with any samsung service centre.

If the clippers are new, it is not likely that the problem is internal. Sometimes, when the blade is put on the clipper, it needs an extra little push to clip firmly behind the blade catch (you can hear a little click). Try that.

Your display circuit is broken, even if the LCD-panel,
seems to be ok the display is damaged.
This is a very common problem in Nokia phones.
The only way to fix this is to change the display.
You need a T-6 Torx Skrewdriver to do the job.

Seems like I answered this, but maybe it's a different poster.

The 721 model code means it's an LG/Goldstar-made oven and F9 indicates a problem with the inverter or magnetron.

Due to the lethal voltages involved, I do not recommend that a person without training and experience ever work on these models.

I would suggest you contact Sears for service.
