You may not need to reinstall. Get these three excellent free tools:
boot into safe mode with networking and try to run each of the tools. if one won't work, try the others, then go back and try the ones that didn't work after removing any malware found with the working tool. This should fix you up. Make sure you have antivirus software installed. ps- avast free kicks avg free's ****.
