Open the cover and on the motherboard locate a three pin jumper written as CMOS. This jumper usually exists near battery. It will be a three pin jumper and two pins will be shorted. Open the jumper and connect it with other side for five to ten minutes. Then postion it at the previous. Restart the computer and all the passwords and settings will be gone.
