This is Brittany I made my password Britt 2and it's saying that is the wrong password what should I do :(

Click Forgot Password at Login.
Choose "email me" or "use my yahoo" if you have yahoo.
They will email you a link to reset your password Brittany.

You will need to login as admin and check if the steps provided earlier helps. If it doesn't then you may have to use a recovery disc only.

Two suggestions:

1) Retrieve from Google:

Follow the steps on the Google account help page:

If you don't know your account user name, click on "I forgot my username". Then follow the steps outlined.

2) Retrieve from computer:

If you accessed your Gmail account on your computer, the account information (user name and password) may be stored in your web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.). You can retrieve that using a free software program "GooglePasswordDecryptor", which will display all of the Google/Gmail account information stored in your browsers or other installed programs. You can download the program at:

The disc may have fallen out of the tray and jammed the system. Try taking the cover off, there will probably be screws, and making sure the disc is jamming anything. Unplug the unit first ;).
