If you havent done a master factory reset it may not have deleted the problem file. First you want to back up any informaton you want to save (pictures, contacts etc) then go >HOME, then >MENU then >SETTINGS then tap the >SECURITY option, then tap >FACTORY DATA RESET then finally tap >ERASE EVERYTHING. This will bring the phone back to the state when you first turned the phone on.
