I have tried every thing that i could with out sucsess to enlarge the printer font size on my documents i can't hardly read them thay are so small.

If you are trying to print emails directly, you must change font size in Internet Explorer options for font size which controls email print size in Outlook Express. You may copy to a Word doc to control fonts there.

My print is too small

That is at times controlled be the size selected in Windows Internet Explorer font options, which also effects Outlook Express email printing. You may copy and paste to a word document and change font sizes there also.

Print size has changed to very small off internet

Assuming that normal printing is fine, This is due to the size of the print in the email. To output larger print you'll have to copy the email into a document, change the size and then print the document.

Prints very small

The font size is going to be controlled by the program you are using. For normal word processing you would use a 10 or 12 point font.

If you are referring to printing from a browser like Internet Explorer, you can change the font from the Internet Explorer menu VIEW > TEXT SIZE > MEDIUM (normal).

Note: Internet Explorer font settings effect Outlook Express too.

Print is to small

Hi,

I have a solution for the issue which you are experiencing with.

As we do not have much information regarding the application from which you are trying to print, I suggest you to increase the font size while printing.

I believe, that you are experiencing the issue with Internet Explorer. If it is, so, please open an Internet Explorer window and click on View-->Text Size and select Medium which would resolve the issue.

Printing problems

Hi,

When you go to your Printer from Control Panel/Printers and Faxes and then right click your printer and select Preferences or Properties, you have the ability to setup the features that will be in effect system wide for all programs.

Check to see if you don't have, "Fit to One Page" selected. Or, more than One Page per Sheet.

In some software programs that retain your previous preferences in the software program itself check those settings too. Open your software, such as Word. Drop the File Menu down and choose Print and then the Properties button in the subsequent pop up. There may also be some options presented in this initial pop up interface for "Fit to One Page" or how many pages per sheet.

The only other question I would ask of you is "What is the font size you are using in your software program?"

Check all the other settings at this time to see if something was selected in error that is causing the text to print in a manner that conflicts with your document properties.

If when you are in and looking at these optoins you have a question or become confused by the options, send me a comment using the Comment Text Area below. I will receive an email alert shortly thereafter and will respond as soon as I am free and able as I may be in the middle of working with someone else, so please be patient. We are here to help you get your problem Fixed.

This problem will have nothing to do with how your printer was installed or a USB cable that runs from the printer to the PC. It has to be Program Specific or in the pinter settings.

So, if you want to solve this problem and work via our email notification process with me, I will work with you until I fully understand the nature of your setup and software so we can solve this together.

OK?

Regards,
Worldvet

Your font should be set to a bigger size on the screen. What email software are you using? Is it web based?

Font size problem when printing documents

Font sizes are a program thing nothing to do with the printer
Examine your E-mail client set up in the read section[Different E-mail programs different setting ] probably under a heading
Tools/Options and look at how the font sizes are organized.
