Safety 1st do not produce adaptors for a Graco carseat to be fitted to the DuoDeal Tandem. This stroller chassis is not designed to be used with a carseat.

No a Maxi Cosi carseat does not fit with the Safety 1st range.

Depending on which Safety 1st stroller you have it may be possible to add a Safety 1st carseat.

Due to the safety implications of a carseat harness being incorrectly fitted they should never be removed. To replace them the carseat would need to come in for our engineers to do.

What country are you in I can advise of who to contact?

It is safe to allow your child to ride in the stroller once he or she has full neck support and can sit up right own their own. Typically between 4-6 months of age.
