remove all the electrical wire connections from the back of the tv .remove the power plug from the electrical outlet and wait for two minutes and replug the wire and then ckeck.it should work.

There is a small micro fuse on the main signal PCB that can blow and cause this problem. They normally loose all sound as well. The fuse was not big enough for the application that it is being used for. An up to date repair shop should know all about this. Have them check it out for you. Thanks

The flyback is the big black thing on the deflection board. usally has big red wire coming out the top. THe three small rectangular items are special fusable resistor. or fuses
