Problem with the VISIO tv Mod E422VA Led on front blinks 23 times and the stays on.
Pulled the back off and found that there is no 12v. There is 5v. Checked the fuses on the control board and they checked good. The Power supply board # 9QG2LAAW.
Do you know the the blinking led means?
Have tried this a number of time and it does not correct the problem. I have also replaced the Power Supply and that did not fix the problem. I have unplugged each of the boards and did not see a change.Have tried this a number of time and it does not correct the problem. When the TV does this, the RED LED on the front will blink. For digits 1-10 it will blink pause then repeat. For numbers with 2 digits it will blink the first digit slow and then second digit fast. So 25 would be 2 slow blinks followed by 5 fast blinks.
