Kodak esp office 6150 printing blank pages

Here's how I fixed my Kodak AIO 6150.
  1. 1. Remove cartridges
  2. 2. Remove the print head - lift up on the grey tab just above the bullseye - it'll pop right out - no tools needed.
  3. 3. Soak in alcohol - NOT RUBBING alcohol - Isopropyl 91% only for 1-2 hours - shake often.
  4. 4. Let it dry for at least 2-3 hours.
  5. 5. Reinstall everything. You'll get a new printhead message.

Print has faded and when ink is replaced, it does not change. it appears the print head is bad, and i need a source for a new one mfagala@tampabay.rr.com 352 5635074

Try this: Step-by-Step Solutions and Repair http://www.kodak.com/global/en/service/repair/troubleshooting/troubleshooting.jhtml?pq-path=10355 - Might be a bad print head, I have had to replace mine twice now. Just call Kodak, they will have you do some tests on your printer, and then if it's your print head they will send you a new one. The red ink will not print regardless of maintenance tasks performed.

Hi.
You may need to replace the print head.
Sometimes the print head can be fixed leaving it in cleaning solution for a couple of days.
Before attempting repair I suggest to call Kodak at the number listed on the manual.

Where can I buy print head for Kodak ESP 9 printer? Don't want to go the Kodak.com route. It takes forever!!!!! There must be a place in the U.S. where they are available....or no ??

Kodak says that they will not let the print heads be sold at retail... I don't know why, the ESP series printers seem to all need their heads replaced regularly.

Need instruction on how to replace the printhead on a kodak 5300

when replacing the printhead you will see a number of circles at the back of the print head , you press on this and the print head will snap in place, I found this very difficult initially as you do need to use some force. Actually I phoned Kodak help line and they directed me how to replace the print head on the phone, Kodak appear quite happy to solve problems and if you find it still difficult they will guide you. Apparently these kodak printheads are a common fault and need a regular replacement when the printing loses colour!!
